Afni Philippines is seeking a CSR for a Data Encoding Account at One Felicity Center, Commonwealth, Quezon City. You’ll use your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent customer service in a non-voice setting.

This on-site role offers up to PHP 19,000 monthly, plus up to PHP 9,000 monthly performance incentive, and benefits including medical reimbursement, life insurance, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of BPO experience handling an international account.
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Ability to work in a paperless environment with information security measures.
