Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a collections specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking and financial accounts. You will resolve customer inquiries professionally, negotiate payment arrangements, and follow up on balances.

The role requires 1-3 years in customer service or collections, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong communication skills. Working in a fast-paced call center environment with flexible hours is expected.
