You will stay current on crypto/ Web3 trends, maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in crypto, finance, accounting, consulting, or customer support.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, and NFT.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and personalised support to customer inquiries across channels.
• Follow and execute daily workflows with SOPs; identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Identify and escalate potential issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assess listing applications based on defined criteria to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-related matters and improve workflows.
• Track, document, and report key performance metrics and user feedback.
