Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a experienced Project Manager for Solutions Delivery and Governance to lead large, cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with the Product Owner, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure alignment with strategic goals in a fast-paced environment in Cebu City.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, risks, and resources using SAFe/Agile methods, establishing governance, and driving continuous improvement with measurable business value for our clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or transformation.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Product Owners to align on priorities, scope, and delivery plans.
• Establish governance, monitor risks, and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
