Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs in a hybrid setup in Quezon City. You will administer properties, build automation, and maintain data quality while delivering dashboards and cross-functional training.

The role requires 3–5 years of HubSpot experience in a B2B environment, with strong knowledge of workflows, lead routing, and data governance. A collaborative, growth-minded candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration in B2B settings.
• Proven ability to configure Marketing/Sales Hubs and data models.
• Experience building complex workflows, lead routing, and scoring.
• Strong data hygiene, governance, and CRM reporting experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer CRM properties, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing rules, workflows, users, and security permissions.
• Build and optimize complex automation supporting lead management, marketing campaigns, sales handoffs, and customer engagement.
• Maintain CRM data quality, integrity, and hygiene through routine data audits, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports tracking lead generation, funnel conversion, attribution, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot CRM integrations, data synchronization issues, and system workflow errors.
• Serve as the primary CRM Subject Matter Expert, delivering technical user support, system documentation, and training to cross-functional teams.

Your Role

As a CRM Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

Specifically, You Will

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record of building complex workflows, lead routing, lead scoring, and automated CRM processes.
• Strong experience in CRM data architecture, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom analytics dashboards covering marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving third-party integration and data sync errors.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Official HubSpot Certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or HubSpot Administrator).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Operations Hub.
• Experience working within B2B marketing, technology, professional services, or outsourcing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions.
