Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with BI tools, Microsoft stack.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce CRM and reporting experience.
• Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization expertise.
• MS SQL Server and relational databases experience.
• Advanced T-SQL skills (CTEs, MERGE, complex transforms).
• 4+ years in C# or .NET development.
• Ability to document data flows and reporting specs.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for translating business reporting requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality BI solutions while supporting CRM data and reporting optimization.

• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.
• Advanced T-SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data transformations.
• Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance optimization.
• At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
