Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Process and Compliance Specialist to manage CRM process documentation, change management, process analysis and risk and compliance activities within the CRM department.

You will develop and implement changes, ensure adherence to documented processes, coordinate risk and control activities (RCSA, AML/DPA, Info Sec), and promote continuous improvement using MS Office, SharePoint and Bizagi Modeler.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work-related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Bizagi Modeler.
• Intermediate knowledge in continuous improvement, including change management and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM process documentation and ensure adherence of employees.
• Assist in development and implementation of change management and ensure adherence of employees.
• Coordinate risk and compliance programs (RCSA, AML, DPA, Info Sec).
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Promote awareness of CRM risks and controls across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

About the job

The Process and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for process documentations, change management, process analysis and risk and compliance activities of CRM department.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for duly creation and implementation of CRM documentations and ensure adherence of employees
• Assist in the development and implementation of change management and ensure adherence of employees in the implemented process
• Manage, coordinate, and promote awareness of CRM team to risk and compliance related programs, which includes, but not limited to:
• Business continuity management
• Risk and control self-assessment (RCSA)
• Compliance courses (AMLA, DPA, Info Sec and others as required by the company)
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities by analyzing current existing processes and documentations
• Recommend alternative approaches to improve overall efficiency of the unit while ensuring that processes are mapped appropriately to control procedures aligned with specific business risks.
• Perform all other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

What You Need To Have:

• At least 3 years of work-related experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint, Bizagi Modeler
• Intermediate knowledge in continuous improvement, including change management and process mapping

Nice to Have Areas:

• Project management experience is nice to have.
• Yellow or Greenbelt Six Sigma Certification
• Previous work in a multinational company is an advantage
