Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Manager to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring a personalized experience across channels.

You will analyze data, create targeted campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys. Strong leadership and communication with senior management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical role.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as team leader.
• Experience working with online products.
• Coding knowledge in any language.
• Analytical mind and well organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with senior management.
