Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft technologies in a dynamic environment.

You will map user requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, develop CRM forms, workflows, plugins, and reports, and integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and web services. Strong DevOps and Azure experience required.

Qualifications

• Maps user requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Develops and maintains Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, plugins, and reports.
• Develops application code in accordance with functional designs and coding standards.
• Develops configurations and scripts for package deployment based on approved designs and standards.

Responsibilities

• Integrates existing systems and services into the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
• Conducts Unit Testing (UT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for new software applications.
• Creates and maintains system documentation, operational documentation, and user guides.
• Reports project progress, risks, and issues to the Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
• Prepares deployment packages, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments.
• Provides production support and resolves issues when necessary.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and integration.
• Designs, develops, tests, and deploys enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and services using APIs and web services.
• Maintains knowledge of application lifecycle management, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
