Job summary

The Financial Times is seeking a CRM Data Researcher to help prospect and generate new leads for FT Specialist teams. You will enrich data, maintain CRM integrity, and support multi-source research from inbound leads and lists.

You’ll work within a global organisation with offices in Manila and other cities, contributing to accurate data that powers our sales and product teams. Fresh grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills across multiple projects.
• Analytical skills with high accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation – online research to obtain potential clients' contact information.
• Lead Enrichment – conduct further research to add value to database leads.
• Database Management – data cleansing and integrity across CRM.
• Account Management – research data from SEC filings for assigned companies.
• Target Market Profiling – profile companies/accounts and leads.
