Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Data Management & CRM Support Specialist to ensure accurate data for sales operations. You will process core data, maintain CRM records, and generate reports to support regional dashboards and client reporting.

The role requires 1+ year in data management/CRM support, strong Excel/PowerQuery skills, and the ability to coordinate with sales teams to meet deadlines. Veeva experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College graduate in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot, sort, formulas.
• PowerQuery knowledge and advanced Excel analytics.
• 1+ year experience in data management or CRM support; Veeva a plus.
• Able to coordinate with sales teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute core data processing, validation, reporting, and CRM maintenance to ensure accurate data for sales operations.
• HCP Universe List clean up and updating; SF HCP Target List processing.
• Data inconsistencies identification & escalation; suggest process improvements.
• Update Veeva CRM loading templates (user enrollment, product mapping, business hierarchies).
• Regional PowerBI dashboard reports and client reports preparation.
