Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking a highly organized CRM Assistant Manager to drive our email and SMS campaigns end-to-end. You will coordinate with multiple business units, manage campaign lifecycles, and optimize communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CRM or digital marketing experience, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Canva for simple assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM or digital marketing role with hands-on email and SMS marketing.
• Familiarity with a major CRM or marketing automation platform is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Manage the lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns from creation to deployment.
• Business Unit Liaison: Serve as primary contact for various business units and translate needs into campaigns.
• Platform Management: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, test, and deploy campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
• Project Management: Coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines with organized workflows.
• Content & Asset Management: Gather content/assets; Canva familiarity a plus for simple visuals.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track performance and provide insights for future communications.
