Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Application Manager to define and drive the CRM roadmap in line with the CX Technology & Innovation team. You will oversee CRM developments, ensure integration, scalability, and security, and collaborate with Zendesk and cross-functional teams.

Regularly report CRM performance to stakeholders and stay ahead with AI and automation trends to improve customer and agent experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
5–8 years CRM administration or application management experience, Zendesk preferred.
Experience defining CRM roadmaps and cross-functional implementations.
Strong understanding of CRM architectures, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

Create the CRM roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Plan and oversee CRM developments, from short term fixes to long term initiatives.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous development of the CRM functionalities.
Collaborate with Zendesk to ensure optimal CRM usage and best practices.
Report on CRM performance to key stakeholders.
Ensure scalability, reliability and security of the CRM.
Stay up to date with latest CRM technologies and AI advancements.
