Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking an Associate, Crew Health Administration.

Only candidates located in Metro Manila, Philippines to apply; onsite at the Pasay office. You will support crew health case management and seafarer health operations, maintain medical documentation, and ensure timely communication among crew, case management, providers and other departments while upholding data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of work experience with similar scope and responsibilities.
• Analytical and logistic skills; maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Must be amenable to work daily onsite in Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely distribution and communication related to crew members medical cases.
• Maintain accurate medical records from ships, providers, and crew; update databases and share with case specialists.
• Examine incoming medical invoices for accuracy, completeness, and validity; flag discrepancies.
