Job summary

ING Philippines seeks a Customer Journey Expert in Credit Risk Operations to enhance default monitoring, analyze defaults, and ensure policy accuracy across data sources. You will work with stakeholders across Risk, Lending, Business and IT to shape processes and drive improvements globally.

You will help improve data quality for credit risk models and reporting, support risk committees, and contribute to portfolio insights in a dynamic, multicultural environment with strong English

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit risk environments.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data to insights.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Able to connect business needs with technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly credit portfolio default data.
• Investigate client default cases and validate source system logic.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Lending, Business and IT teams.
• Support credit risk committees and model owners with insights.
• Coordinate recognition and remediation activities for defaults.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and prevent defaults.
• Collaborate across front-, middle-, and back-office to strengthen risk processes.
• Contribute to improving data quality used in credit risk models and reporting.
