Qualifications

• Prepare CAM reports based on borrower documents.
• Conduct collateral inspection (Picture &Stencil).
• Perform neighborhood checks of residence and business area.
• Third party verifications including Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier and Client.
• Employment verification, DTI, SEC, PRC verifications, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAM reports and ensure accuracy of borrower data.
• Coordinate collateral inspections with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough neighborhood checks of residence and business area.
• Perform and document third-party verifications (bank, employment, regulatory bodies).
