• Interviewing and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) report based on submitted document of the borrower
• Conduct inspection report of collateral unit (Picture & Stencil)
• Conduct neighbourhood checking of residence and business area
• Third Party Verification such as Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier and Client, Employment Verification, DTI Verification, SEC Verification, PRC Verification, Character Reference Checking, Dealers Price Agreement Verification
