Job summary

Global Dominion Financing Inc. is seeking a Credit Analyst to interview borrowers and prepare CAM reports based on submitted documents.

You will conduct collateral inspections, neighborhood checks, and various verifications including bank, employment, and regulatory verifications to support credit decisions. Strong attention to detail and ethics are essential, with the role focusing on thorough assessment and verification to ensure accurate credit analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interview borrowers and prepare CAM reports based on submitted documents.
• Experience with collateral inspections and neighborhood checks is a plus.
• Familiarity with verification processes (Bank, Employment, Trade, SEC/DTI/PRC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and prepare CAM reports based on borrower documents.
• Conduct collateral unit inspection reports (picture & stencil).
• Perform neighborhood checks of residence and business area.
• Coordinate Third Party Verification such as Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier/Client.
• Conduct Employment, DTI, SEC, PRC, and Character verifications.
• Perform Reference Checking and Dealer's Price Agreement Verification.
