Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst in Makati to support effective customer credit risk management. You will evaluate creditworthiness, monitor exposure, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Finance and Credit Risk, with strong financial analysis and SAP/Excel proficiency, plus excellent English communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Credit Risk Management.
• Proven experience in credit assessment and customer credit portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk, and exposure management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with effective risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer creditworthiness, credit limits, and exposure.
• Prepare credit evaluations, recommendations, and approval documentation.
• Manage collateral, guarantees, and other credit support arrangements.
• Monitor customer payments, overdue balances, and credit exposure.
• Review contracts and identify potential credit and financial risks.
• Conduct periodic credit reviews and portfolio risk assessments.
• Review and approve credit-blocked orders within delegated authority.
• Support provisioning, bad debt evaluations, write-offs, refunds, and account maintenance.
• Prepare credit risk reports, KPIs, portfolio summaries, and exposure analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit processes, controls, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate credit policies and governance requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support business growth while maintaining prudent credit risk management.
