About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Credit Relationship Officer (CRO) to drive sales, expand our client portfolio, and support sustainable revenue growth while maintaining high credit quality standards. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in business development, client relationship management, and credit evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation & Business Development
- Source and acquire new loan clients within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, and market prospecting.
- Promote the company’s loan products and services to potential clients.
Portfolio Growth & Account Management
- Manage and grow an assigned loan portfolio.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional loan products to existing clients.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Credit Evaluation & Processing
- Assess credit applications and evaluate client creditworthiness.
- Gather and review financial documents and background information.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Ensure accurate and complete submission of loan documentation.
Portfolio Quality & Collections Support
- Monitor repayment schedules and portfolio performance.
- Follow up on due and overdue accounts proactively.
- Minimize delinquency and maintain healthy portfolio ratios.
- Identify risk accounts and recommend corrective actions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide insights to management for improving loan products and sales strategies.
- Submit regular sales and portfolio performance reports.

- Monthly Sales Production (Loan releases / booked accounts)
- New Client Acquisition Rate
- Portfolio Growth Rate
- Portfolio Quality (Low delinquency ratio)

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lending, or credit management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound credit decisions.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
