Job summary

Maya is building an all-in-one money platform in the Philippines and seeks a seasoned data analytics professional to support credit portfolios and risk monitoring. You will work with a cross-functional team to implement risk models, data pipelines, and dashboards that drive decision making.

The role focuses on developing processes, maintaining policy compliance, and leveraging analytics to improve portfolio performance within a growing financial ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
• 3+ years' experience in consumer credit and data analytics.
• Proficient in Python, R or SQL.
• Familiar with data visualization tools and big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead and Portfolio Manager in establishing a portfolio management framework and risk thresholds.
• Assist in developing processes and credit portfolio monitoring.
• Created decision trees to help portfolio managers manage risk.
• Assist in drafting and updating policies to comply with regulation and emerging trends.
