This role involves conducting credit assessments, monitoring accounts, and working closely with various departments to support the hotel's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Assessment
  • Evaluate credit applications from new and existing clients, including corporate accounts, event organizers, and individual guests.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Recommend appropriate credit and terms based on assessment findings.
Credit Approval and Monitoring
  • Approve or recommend credit limits and terms for clients following company policies and credit guidelines.
  • Monitor and review existing client accounts to ensure compliance with established credit terms and conditions.
  • Identify and address potential credit risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to resolve credit-related issues and address inquiries.

  • Negotiate payment plans with clients experiencing financial difficulties to ensure timely payments.
Reporting and Documentation
