Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 5–7 years in multinational or Shared Service Center.
• Leadership: 3–4 years leading professional teams.
• Technical: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Process mastery: Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Communication: Expert-level English; strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end debt recovery and dispute resolution.
• Manage day-to-day operations and service levels with KPIs.
• Build relationships with internal units and external partners.
• Drive continual process improvements across finance workflows.
• Ensure robust internal controls and SOX/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with global teams for migration of activities.
