Qualifications

• Experience in credit investigation or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet turnaround times.
• Willing to be assigned to the sister company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigation and verification of applicant information, including employment, income, residence, business, and personal references.
• Validate the accuracy and consistency of information and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
• Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, fraud indicators, and other potential credit risks, and escalate significant findings when necessary.
• Prepare accurate and timely Credit Investigation Reports with complete findings and relevant observations.
• Complete assigned investigations within prescribed turnaround time and follow up on pending verification requirements.
• Coordinate professionally with applicants, employers, references, branches, and concerned internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and comply with company policies, credit procedures, and Data Privacy requirements.
• Update investigation records, statuses, and findings in the designated system or tracker.
• Participate in training, calibration, and process improvement activities related to credit investigation and fraud prevention.
