Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Supervisor to join its credit operations team in Cebu City. You will review credit and collateral documents for completeness and compliance, coordinate with lending units, and supervise daily documentation activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

This role offers exposure to simple to complex credit facilities, opportunities to lead the documentation review process, and collaboration with branches, legal, and compliance units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in credit management, lending operations, loan documentation, or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review credit and collateral documents for completeness, accuracy, validity, and compliance with approved terms.
• Check documentation reviews completed by Documentation Analysts.
• Prepare and update documentation checklists and review slips.
• Identify documentary deficiencies and coordinate pending requirements with lending units and branches.
• Verify collateral records, drawing power, and related information in the Bank’s core system.
• Monitor the safekeeping and proper transmittal of securities and other documents.
• Supervise daily documentation activities and monitor the quality and timeliness of completed work.
• Train and guide new team members on documentation review processes.
• Coordinate with lending, booking, legal, compliance, and other relevant units.
