China Bank Group in Cebu City is seeking a Documentation Review Officer to ensure credit and collateral documents meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will review documents, supervise daily workflows, and train new staff, coordinating with lending, legal, compliance, and other units.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, leadership, and precise documentation to support bank credit operations at the Cebu Business Center facility.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related course.
At least two years of experience in credit management, lending operations, loan documentation, or related field.
At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

Review credit and collateral documents for completeness, accuracy, validity, and compliance with approved terms.
Check documentation reviews completed by Documentation Analysts.
Prepare and update documentation checklists and review slips.
Identify documentary deficiencies and coordinate pending requirements with lending units and branches.
Verify collateral records, drawing power, and related information in the Bank’s core system.
Monitor safekeeping and proper transmittal of securities and other documents.
Supervise daily documentation activities and monitor the quality and timeliness of completed work.
Train and guide new team members on documentation review processes.
Coordinate with lending, booking, legal, compliance, and other relevant units.
