Job summary

Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) is seeking a finance professional to manage credit and collection processes in its Makati office. The role covers billing, treasury reconciliation, and coordinating with customers and internal units to resolve disputes and refunds.

You will handle updates to collection receipts, issue Credit Memos for high-volume outports, monitor statements of account, and prepare weekly and monthly cash and credit reports for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy
• With 1-2 year of related experience and/or training in cash, credit, and collection
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Open to fresh graduates

Responsibilities

• Handle the update of collection receipts and issuance of Credit Memos for outports with increased volume of transactions and longer processing time at Oracle system.
• Reconciles and coordinates with customers and operating units on cases of disputes and refunds up to its resolution and settlement.
• Close monitoring and issuance of SOAs (weekly and monthly) for outports clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash and credit related reports for management.
• Handle other credit and collection matters that will be assigned as situation require.
