is seeking an Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and safeguard fiscal integrity. The ideal candidate handles the full accounting cycle—from recording collections to complex reconciliations—with high accuracy and ethics. Based in Caloocan on-site, the role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience and proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business Administration (Major in Accounting).
2–3 years of proven experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or audit.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Analytical Mindset with ability to spot discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with departments on liquidations and payments.
Resilience to meet tight month-end deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead recording of daily collections (OR/Receipts) and processing of accounts payable (Vouchers/Checks).
Perform monthly aging analysis of Receivables and Payables; manage expense accruals.
Validate liquidation reports and supporting documents for tax compliance.
Assist in monthly trial balances and adjusting journal entries.
Identify bottlenecks in bookkeeping workflow and suggest best-practice improvements.
Use QuickBooks or ERP to generate financial reports for management.
