Responsibilities

Review account history, prior contacts, notes, billing and payment activity before deciding next steps.
Diagnose and resolve concerns using approved tools and resources.
Explain account status, charges, and options clearly across channels.
Take end-to-end ownership and create complete handoffs when escalation is needed.
Document actions and research accurately and follow escalation or follow-up requirements.
Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly while protecting customer information.
