Job summary

Rentokil Initial Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support timely collections and manage AR balances. You will contact customers before balances become overdue, aim to meet DSO targets, and coordinate with field collectors to optimize collections processes.

The role requires a BS Accountancy or related degree, with fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years of related experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 2–3 years of related work experience is advantageous.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities are expected.
• Willing to work at Brgy. Matina Crossing, Davao City.
• Full-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly DSO budget and other KPI targets.
• Manage Accounts Receivable balances and contact customers before overdue to confirm payments.
• Identify slow-moving accounts and address delinquent debts for case management.
• Monitor customer credit limits and assess credit worthiness of new clients.
• Monitor Field Collectors performance and productivity.
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate payment within terms.
• Prepare reminder letters and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries following SOPs.
