Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in Accounting, Management, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role; pre-need or financing industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management.
• Ability to work in-person at the Binan, Laguna office.
• Strong ability to process financial data and perform accurate computations.
• Meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup, maintenance, and security of client ledgers and lot buyers' database.
• Encode receipts, process Debit/Credit Memos, and re-structure accounts with precision.
• Generate monthly aging reports and track status of delinquent or paid accounts.
• Monitor insurance premium remittances and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and issue notices to delinquent accounts to maintain standing.
