Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Credit and Collection function in the Philippines. You will ensure effective credit risk management, timely collections, and achievement of DSO targets in line with company policies.

You will manage and develop the Credit & Collection Team and Field Collectors, drive monthly DSO and collection targets, review and approve customer credit applications, limits, terms, and adjustments, and continuously improve risk management practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Credit & Collection, preferably with managerial leadership experience.
• Strong background in credit risk management, collections, DSO management, and credit policy development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Credit & Collection Team and Field Collectors.
• Drive monthly DSO and collection targets and monitor team productivity.
• Develop and implement sound credit policies, guidelines, and risk management practices.
• Review and approve customer credit applications, credit limits, extended payment terms, adjustments, and credit memos.
• Monitor credit policy violations and assess risks, providing recommendations to Senior Management.
• Oversee risk accounts, collection progress, and overall credit and collection performance.
• Foster team development, motivation, and continuous improvement.
