Viventis Search Asia is seeking a seasoned Lead for Credit and Collection to oversee credit risk management, ensure timely collections, and achieve DSO targets across the business.

You will manage the Credit & Collection Team and Field Collectors, review and approve credit applications and terms, and develop and implement sound risk policies. A minimum of 15 years in Credit & Collection with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Credit & Collection, preferably with managerial/team leadership experience.
• Strong background in credit risk management, collections, DSO management, and credit policy development.
