Job summary

Bossjob is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Supervisor to lead credit and collection operations and ensure the timely management of accounts receivable in a manufacturing and packaging environment.

The ideal candidate will monitor aging, negotiate payment arrangements, and develop strategies to improve collection performance while supervising a team and coordinating with Sales and Finance.

Qualifications
