The role involves visiting clients and collateral properties, inspecting real estate, collecting documents, and preparing detailed reports with findings and recommendations. Strong English writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Comfortable with field work.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Honest, objective, diligent, and observant.
• Street smart and able to verify information on the ground.
• Independent, self-starting, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
