Job summary

Cash Management Finance, Inc. is seeking a qualified field investigator to conduct background and credit investigations on loan applicants and to visit clients, residences, and collateral properties.

You will inspect and estimate the value and marketability of real estate collateral, check conditions, and collect documents from government offices. The role requires honesty, objectivity and the ability to write clear English reports, with extensive field work across Metro Manila and nearby

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or college degree required.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Comfortable with field work.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Honest, objective, diligent, and observant.
• Street smart and able to verify information on the ground.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can write clear reports in English.
• Independent, self-starting, and able to work with minimal supervision.
