Job summary

Cash Management Finance, Inc. is seeking a seasoned field investigator to conduct background and credit checks on loan applicants across assigned areas. You will visit clients and collateral properties, inspect real estate, and verify information with neighbors and officials.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, strong reporting in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel and on-site assessments are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable with field work and travel.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Honest, objective, diligent, and observant.
• Street smart and able to verify information on the ground.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Independent, self-starting, and able to work with minimal supervision.
