Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Credit and Collection Lead to join our Accounts Receivable/Collection and Credit Control team. You will lead and manage credit operations, oversee collection strategies and ensure effective management of customer accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities include setting policies, supervising the AR team, analysing aged receivables, and negotiating payment plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit management, accounts receivable or credit control roles; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit management principles and collection strategies.
• Experience developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day credit and collection operations, including assessments and approval processes.
• Develop, implement and monitor credit policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Oversee AR team, provide guidance, training and performance management.
• Monitor aged receivables and identify trends to inform strategies.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and advise on limits and terms.
