Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a Credit Card Operations Manager to lead end-to-end card portfolio operations from issuance to settlements in Quezon City. You will own billing, statement generation, disputes, collections support, reconciliation, and vendor governance to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric processes.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, IT, Engineering or related field.
• .6+ years of experience in card operations including at least 3 years in credit card operations.
• . Experience in banking or debit card operations.
• . Strong understanding of credit card billing cycles, revolving interest, installment programs, chargeback lifecycle, and scheme rules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credit card operational processes including: issuance, activation, billing, and payments.
• Ensure accurate billing cycles, interest and fees, and statement generation.
• Manage chargebacks, disputes, and vendor governance in line with scheme rules.
• Lead reconciliations across authorization, clearing, billing, GL, and settlements with zero aged breaks.
• Drive automation and KPI dashboards for billing accuracy and recon aging.
