Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking an experienced SME for Credit Card migration and testing to our new switch platform, including VISA scheme compliance. The role requires coordinating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will develop test plans (UAT, SIT, regression), manage issues, and validate post-migration reporting while maintaining data accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in reconciling financial/system data.
• Experience with credit card switch systems and related processes.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and card switch interfaces.
• Proven project coordination skills managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data accuracy and quality control.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work under pressure during migration and testing phases.
• Knowledge of other card schemes (Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay) is advantageous.
• SQL or database query skills are a plus for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and VISA on migration timelines.
• Develop and execute test plans (UAT, SIT, regression) for the new switch.
• Log and track resolution of migration-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with VISA scheme rules and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and validate credit card financial reports pre- and post-migration.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Document migration processes, test results, and system changes for audit.
• Provide post-migration support and monitor system performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in credit card ops and reporting.
• Conduct training or knowledge transfer sessions on the new switch/system.
