Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Treasury/Accounts supervisory professional to lead the Passenger Accounts team in a hybrid Pasay, Metro Manila setup. The role focuses on supervising analysts, managing accounts receivable processes, and driving improvements in credit and collection activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory role, a finance-related degree, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. Experience in the airline industry is a plus; the position offers hybrid work and comprehensive

• In-charge of the operational activities of the team handling Passenger Accounts (Agents, Corporate and Government).

• Assist in projects related to Credit and Collection for business process improvement.
• Participate in the onboarding and termination of accounts.
• Participate in handling collection issues.
• Participate in handling credit line management.
• Prepare reports for Passenger Accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounting team on AR-related audits.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Finance-related course preferably Accountancy.
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role
• Must have at least a background in Credit and Collection
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications and preferably with SAP system experience
• Background in airline business is an advantage.
