Job summary

Euroasia Manpower Services Inc in Cebu is seeking a Credit and Collection Advisor (fresh graduate or student) for an on-site, full-time position. You will support debt collection while upholding compliance and customer relations.

The role requires basic Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to drive a motorcycle. Criminology or business-related graduates are welcome, with 1 year relevant experience for non-business courses.

Qualifications

• Non-Business course with at least 1 year experience as Credit Investigator or Collector in Motorcycle Financing, Rural Banks, Lending Companies.
• Fresh graduates if Criminology or Finance graduate.
• Graduate of Criminology or any business-related courses.
• Must be computer literate with Basic Excel Skills (Same filters and sorting).
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• With high integrity, compassionate, confidence, strong work ethic, persistence, resilience.
• Ability to drive Motorcycle with Driver's license.
• High physical stamina and ability to handle difficult situations.

They must balance the need to collect debts with ethical and legal compliance, ensuring fair treatment of debtors throughout the process.
