Job summary

Euroasia Manpower Services Inc in Cebu is seeking a Credit and Collection Advisor (fresh graduate or student) for an on-site, full-time position. You will support debt collection while upholding compliance and customer relations.

The role requires basic Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to drive a motorcycle. Criminology or business-related graduates are welcome, with 1 year relevant experience for non-business courses.

Qualifications

Non-Business course with at least 1 year experience as Credit Investigator or Collector in Motorcycle Financing, Rural Banks, Lending Companies.
Fresh graduates if Criminology or Finance graduate.
Graduate of Criminology or any business-related courses.
Must be computer literate with Basic Excel Skills (Same filters and sorting).
Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
With high integrity, compassionate, confidence, strong work ethic, persistence, resilience.
Ability to drive Motorcycle with Driver's license.
High physical stamina and ability to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

Credit and Collection Advisor plays a critical role in managing credit risk and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Balance collection needs with ethical and legal compliance and fair treatment of debtors.
