Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer management, brand partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven success in negotiation, contract management, and securing long-term collaborations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret KPIs and ROI for decision-making.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to design and implement growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing creator expectations and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Actively source and research brands, build prospect lists, conduct outbound outreach, manage partnership pipeline, and follow up with prospects.
