Snappr Inc. in Ortigas seeks a Creator Acquisition Specialist to drive photographer recruitment, onboarding, and ecosystem growth for on-demand visuals. You will source photographers, manage recruitment funnels, and ensure smooth onboarding to power fast-scale growth.

You’ll leverage sales and account-management skills, conduct outreach, and promote Snappr's value to photographers while working onsite in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Fantastic phone manner and sales mindset.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets to organize photographer funnels.

About the role:

We need someone with a Recruitment, Account Management, or Sales background.

With our global footprint and hypergrowth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of partner photographers shooting on our platform. As a Creator Acquisition Specialist on this team, your job is to ensure that the photographers we source go through the recruitment process as smoothly as possible. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new photographers will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on‑demand photography worldwide.

• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
