Job summary

Snappr is seeking a Photo Editing Associate to elevate photoshoots performed by partner photographers worldwide. You will deliver vibrant, standout galleries and ensure a superb booking experience for customers and enterprise clients.

You’ll edit at scale using Lightroom/Photoshop, explore AI-assisted workflows, and work onsite in Ortigas with a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture that fuels Snappr’s growth and helps brands tell compelling visual stories.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with professional photography and photo editing.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of quality.
• Ability to do advanced editing such as object removal, whether using the classic editing process or AI.
• Open to testing, exploring, and adopting new creative tools and workflows.
• Balance of attention to detail with swift execution—do things quickly and well.
• Able to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and switch gears effectively.

As a Photo Editing Associate, you will be challenged to bring out the full potential of all the photoshoots completed by our partner photographers worldwide. You’ll directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories.

• Edit photos that were taken by photographers on shoots all over the world

• Use Lightroom and Photoshop to bring out the full potential of every image

• Use AI tools and automation

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting photographers worldwide

• Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you’ll need:

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Experience with professional photography and photo editing

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of quality

• Ability to do advanced editing such as object removal, whether using the classic editing process or AI

• Open to testing, exploring, and adopting new creative tools and workflows.

• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well

• Able to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and switch gears effectively when needed.

• Bonus: Experience with AI image and video generation tools.

• A "let's get it done" mindset

• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule

Job benefits:

• PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
