Job summary

Snappr is seeking a Photo Editing Team Lead in Manila to guide a team of specialists responsible for refining edits from partner photographers worldwide. You will drive on-time delivery, maintain project documentation, and ensure high-quality galleries for clients.

You will mentor creatives, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams to optimize performance in a fast-moving tech environment in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a creative team and meeting SLAs.
• Experience with PIPs and performance coaching.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver quality work on time.
• Organized, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to lead and grow in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Interest in exploring AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of the photo editors in our Manila office. As a Photo Editing Team Lead , you will be challenged to lead a team of specialists who bring out the full potential of all the shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide. Your team’s impact on delivering vibrant, standout galleries to our customers and giving them an incredible booking experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

• Responsible for supporting production tasks for special cases, with a willingness to dive into detailed, hands-on work when necessary.
• Maintain clear documentation in tools like internal trackers for transparency and traceability.
• Serve as the central point of contact for updates, clarifications, and delivery communications.
• Support better utilization of the team for greater impact on gross margin.
• Mentor a team of talented creatives to boost productivity and keep them engaged.

What you’ll need:

• Strong people management skills, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Quality-focused, with a drive to deliver great work on time
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Motivated to hit goals while looking for ways to learn, improve, and grow
• Naturally organized and enjoys working with systems, processes, and workflows
