Snappr, the world’s largest on-demand marketplace for visual content, is seeking a Photo Editing Team Lead in Manila. You will lead a team of editors who refine shoots from our global photographer network to deliver vibrant, standout galleries and a seamless booking experience.

This onsite role in Ortigas requires strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to mentor creatives while juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving tech environment.

• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Assign tasks to the team, monitor progress, and troubleshoot blockers to meet SLAs.

• Provide hands-on support for production tasks when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation in internal trackers for transparency.
• Serve as the central point of contact for updates and delivery communications.
• Help improve team utilization to impact gross margin.
• Mentor and develop a team of creatives to boost productivity.

About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of the photo editors in our Manila office. As a Photo Editing Team Lead, you will be challenged to lead a team of specialists who bring out the full potential of all the shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide. Your team's impact on delivering vibrant, standout galleries to our customers and giving them an incredible booking experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.

What you'll do:

• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Assign tasks to the team, monitor progress, and troubleshoot blockers to meet SLAs.
• Track multiple concurrent projects with precision, ensuring deadlines are achieved and documented accurately.
• Responsible for supporting production tasks for special cases, with a willingness to dive into detailed, hands-on work when necessary.
• Maintain clear documentation in tools like internal trackers for transparency and traceability.
• Serve as the central point of contact for updates, clarifications, and delivery communications.
• Support better utilization of the team for greater impact on gross margin.
• Mentor a team of talented creatives to boost productivity and keep them engaged.

What you'll need:

• Strong people management skills, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Quality-focused, with a drive to deliver great work on time
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Motivated to hit goals while looking for ways to learn, improve, and grow
• Naturally organized and enjoys working with systems, processes, and workflows
• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work
• Enjoys helping others and has the potential and desire to lead
• Excited to grow their career in a fast-moving tech environment
• A problem-solver who looks for ways to get things done, even when the path isn't obvious
• Adaptable and open-minded, especially when learning new tools and ways of working
• Video editing experience is a plus!
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, or automation

• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule
