Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation in Ermita, Manila is seeking a Creative Specialist to translate the FELCO brand strategy into logos, packaging, catalogs, social media content, and other promotional items.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Creative Manager to develop design options, deliver print files, mockups, and final artwork to stakeholders and suppliers, and gather feedback on major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Creative Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

The Creative Specialist translates the FELCO brand's strategy into logos, packaging, catalogs, social media content, eCommerce, videos, and other promotional items.

• Design marketing materials including logos, packaging, catalogs, social media content, eCommerce materials, event/product photography, videos, 3D models, and other promotional items.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Creative Manager and/or Team Leader to develop design options.
• Deliver print files, mockups, and final artwork to stakeholders and suppliers.
• Collect feedback and satisfaction ratings on major projects.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Photography, Video Editing software and/or 3D software
• Effective Communication to articulate ideas, instructions, and feedback clearly and persuasively
• Interpersonal Relationship to effectively navigate diverse interactions, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive organizational culture.
