CohnReznick is expanding its Marketing team in the Philippines. We seek a Creative Proposal Design Specialist with a strong eye for visual communication to design and build persuasive proposals that align with our branding. The role supports in-person collaboration up to a 3-day weekly cadence in a hybrid office environment.

The successful candidate will craft visually compelling documents, develop graphics and charts, and ensure consistency across materials while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and building proposals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong branding and visual identity understanding.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building proposals, with a strong eye for detail and a creative approach to visual communication. This role requires proficiency in design software and a solid understanding of branding principles.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Collaborate with the proposal team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop visually compelling proposals that align with our brand guidelines.
• Create and format proposal documents using software such as, MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
• Develop graphics, charts, and infographics to enhance proposal content.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in design elements across all proposal materials.
• Review and revise proposal designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain a library of proposal templates and design assets for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal design.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and building proposals, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with interactive PDFs and digital proposal formats.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
